Amanda Almond discovered her passion for movement early through high school team sports and carried that drive into college, where she competed in collegiate water polo. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology and has built her career around helping others thrive through purposeful movement, education, and balanced living.

seasoned fitness professional, Amanda is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with additional credentials including TRX®, and Pre- and Postnatal Specialist certifications. As a Level IIe USAT Triathlon Coach, she combines science-based training with an individualized, holistic approach to athlete development. Her expertise and passion for education have also led her to serve as a Master Trainer for Matrix Fitness and several other leading fitness organizations, where 

she delivers continuing education and instructor workshops around the globe.

Amanda entered the world of triathlon in 2013 and has since achieved an impressive racing résumé that includes multiple podium finishes, an overall Ironman 70.3 win, and multiple World Championship appearances, most notably being the top American in her AG at the 2023 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, just 18 months after giving birth to her youngest child.

When she’s not training or coaching, Amanda enjoys great coffee (IYKYK), exploring Indy’s vibrant food scene, walking her black lab, and keeping up with her two energetic young boys.

Driven by her belief that true performance comes from balance, Amanda’s mission is to help athletes thrive in all aspects of life, building strength, confidence, and purpose through movement. Her goal is simple: to empower every athlete to live a strong, inspired, and healthy life, on and off the race course.
