Justin Linder is a USAT Level I Certified Coach and Co-Founder of NXT LVL Endurance. As both an athlete and coach, he has been deeply rooted in the endurance and fitness community for years. Justin’s greatest passion lies in fostering a coaching culture built on connection, consistency, and shared success ensuring that every athlete in the NXT LVL community receives the same positive and purposeful experience.
As Justin puts it:
“I’m a dedicated husband, father of three, and leader in the corporate world who understands what it means to balance a busy life while still pursuing growth both in fitness and in mindset. My journey began with sports like tennis in college, then strength training, and ultimately, endurance racing. What drives me is helping people connect physical growth with mindset growth because when those align, life becomes more meaningful and significant.”
Justin’s athletic accomplishments include being a multi-year Boston Marathon finisher, 10+ Ironman 70.3 finisher, and Ironman 140.6 World Championship competitor. But for him, those results are not just milestones they’re celebrations of collaboration, perseverance, and community.
He believes that every goal, no matter how big or small, holds an opportunity to grow, learn, and celebrate the journey. Whether you’re building strength in the gym, training for your first 5K, or chasing an Ironman finish line, Justin is passionate about guiding athletes to discover what’s possible in sport and in life.
